At times, you may encounter negative experiences such as problems when eating out, misleading food labelling, or the POYC Coeliac Benefit. Who should you contact to report these issues?
While sharing your experiences on social media can raise awareness, it does not alert the relevant authorities. Real change happens when these issues are officially reported. Your feedback can help drive improvements for everyone in the coeliac community.
