Ingredients:
- Crushed gluten free biscuits (Savoiardi are ideal but other types may be used)
- 2 teaspoons Melted Nutella
- Half a spoonfull Martini
- Vanilla gluten free Icecream
- Canned Peaches drained from syrup
Method:
- In a bowl, combine crushed biscuits, nutella, and Martini. Mix well.
- Press mixture in the bottom of a clear glass. Top up with a large scoop of vanilla icecream and level it down with the back of a spoon.
- Decorate Top with Peaches.
