Recipe: Mother’s Day Dessert

Treat your Mum to a simple and delicious gluten free dessert on Mother’s day.

Servings: makes 1 dessert

Ingredients:

  • Crushed gluten free biscuits (Savoiardi are ideal but other types may be used)
  • 2 teaspoons Melted Nutella
  • Half a spoonfull Martini
  • Vanilla gluten free Icecream
  • Canned Peaches drained from syrup

Method:

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed biscuits, nutella, and Martini. Mix well.
  2. Press mixture in the bottom of a clear glass. Top up with a large scoop of vanilla icecream and level it down with the back of a spoon.
  3. Decorate Top with Peaches.
